Directors of the centre

The charity's trading affairs are overseen by a board of directors / trustees who are responsible for ensuring that the charity complies with its governing documents, charity law, company law and any other relevant legislation or regulations.

The directors / trustees are individuals who have a range of skills and experience that benefit the centre.

They give their time on a voluntary basis and do not receive any remuneration for the role that they perform.
