Q. Do you buy or sell second hand equipment?
A. No, but we do have a notice board in our reception foyer where individuals can advertise for up to six weeks, free of charge.
Q. Do you rent or loan out equipment?
A. No, but we can advise on who does.
Q. Do you service or repair equipment?
A. Our workshop is happy to advise.
Q. Are there any alternatives to private purchase?
A. We will always advise you if we feel you might fulfil the criteria to receive equipment from the Social Care System. We may also be able to suggest some charitable grants or funding that may be accessible to you.
Q. I am housebound - can I receive your services?
A. Yes, of course. If you require an assessment for a larger item of equipment we can usually carry out a home visit. If it is a smaller item we are happy to mail order or if someone is in your area they can deliver to you.
