If your equipment breaks down we operate a "BREAK DOWN SERVICE" from Monday to Friday between 09.00am and 17.00pm.
A few items to check when a breakdown occurs are:
- Check the trip switch or main fuse
- Check free wheel lever is engaged in "drive" mode.
- Is equipment still on charge?
- Has the unit been locked? (See user manual)
- Is the unit in sleep mode? (turn unit on and off again)
