Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Using This Site
This web site (the Site) is provided by Cornwall Mobility Centre Limited who is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 4713856 whose registered office is at the Mobility Centre, Tehidy House, Royal Cornwall Hospital, Treliske, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3LJ (CMCL) and may be used for informational purposes only. CMCL's VAT number is 526 9407 29. By using the site or downloading materials from the site, you agree to abide by these terms of use. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions do not use the site or download materials from the site.
CMCL is a registered charity registered under charity number 1096745. CMCL is regulated by the Charity Commission.
Limited License
Subject to these terms of use, CMCL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the Site and the materials thereon. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way. The Site is provided on a temporary basis.
From time to time CMCL, may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site.
If you choose, or are provided with any piece of information as part of CMCL's security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. CMCL have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in CMCL's opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site though your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and that they comply with them.
CMCL authorises you to view and download the information ("Materials") on the Site only for your personal, non-commercial use. CMCL are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and material published on it. This authorisation is not a transfer of title in the Materials and copies of the Materials and is subject to the following restrictions:
1) you may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any pages from the Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the Site;

Except as expressly provided herein, CMCL does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret information.
If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. CMCL will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
CMCL will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Changes

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The English courts will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Site although CMCL reserve the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English Law.
