Insurance & warranty
All new equipment purchased at the Centre is covered by a manufacturer warranty.
We advise all clients purchasing equipment from the Centre to take out an insurance policy in order to provide cover in the event of theft, damage to equipment and third party cover.
Please ask a member of the Wheelchair Sales Department for further information.
Once equipment has been purchased we recommend that clients have it serviced every twelve months. An additional interim service is recommended every six months dependent upon level of use.
The Wheelchair Workshops at the Centre carry out services and repairs for mobility equipment.
